I believe, if I remember right, they cost between 18K and 35 K.
I think they are beautiful, but I couldn't imagine living in them either.

WOW wish we had one of the wonderful men that think his way in every town.Think of all the saved materials and no waste.Not to mention as he stated maybe everyone could have a home. I am always so discouraged at the number of fine building that are torn down in our city alone that go to the land fill..when if offered people could put all those building materials to good use.God bless this man.How do we get the contractors that tear these places down to put them to good use??

I wish my tiny house were laid out as well as some of these! Whoever planned this type (there are many in my community) did not have much foresight, I guess.
That guy on the video is amazing! I love the pickle-plate windows. I'm sure they're not energy efficient, but I'd at least see about using them as interior focal points. I guess it probably doesn't get very cold or snow where that house was built.
